Disappointing ending for the Kuzmin/Mansour fight, it was looking like a very interesting fight.

But it was the right decision.

I got the feeling Kuzmin was going to wear Mansour down eventually but let's hope we get to see the rematch.

This video deserves the views. Come for the potato call, stay for the knockout!

I never thought I'd see the day when someone else would win the title of worst chin on an otherwise skilled fighter, beating out other paper mache mandibled luminaries like Enzo and Khan, but here we are. Sillakh didn't just take the crown, he got knocked out by it when they put it on him.

It's been clear since he was 18-1 that Sillakh had a marzipan chin.

He was rocked by Mitch Williams, showing that his loss to Grachev a year earlier was no happenstance:

When he was announced to be an opponent for 22-0-1 Sergey Kovalev (whom 99% of boxing fans didn't even know of before that same year) I just laughed, even though by then he still had just the one loss:

...and rewind to late 2011, when he was still undefeated, and he was briefly rumored to be facing Jean Pascal, which prompted everyone to herald the inevitable schooling he was supposed to put on JP, to which I replied:

His glass has been obvious from the word go.

I wish Kuzmin was a tad more aggressive. Looked like his shots had more of an effect and Amir was there for that left hook.

Papin is, btw, for those keeping tabs, yet another crossover from kickboxing, for what that is worth.

He was probably pacing himself but I agree; sometimes you should just start fast and be aggressive.
