    Morning all.

I'd forgotten about this one. I should be on the school run right now but my little boy threw up his cornflakes this morning :barf.

God bless the Aussies for living on the other side of the world and putting on fights on Wednesday nights.

6'6.2 to be exact, same as Wlad, I stood right underneath him looking up at the stage while he was playing he looked monstrous from that perspective.

Liking the look of young Mr Frenzy here. Can't see either kid getting to the top given the depth at 135 / 40 but he's certainly game and I can see some entertaining fights in the future.

That said, both guys starting to look knackered already. LOL. let's see how this goes.

    Oh.

    12 Rnds @ 135

Kye Mckenzie vs Clive Atwell. Vacant WBO Oriental title.

Kye MacKenzie seting a very fast pace through the first 6, and landing a lot of heavy shots. Atwell rocked a few times and getting backed up in most rounds but hanging in there, and Kye not having it all his own way at all.

Mckenzie should be fairly comfortable on the cards so far, but it's his first scheduled 12 rounder, and he's never had to go past 8. Let's see how he goes down the stretch.

Oh. I've heard he was taller, like 6'8-6'9. Still, complete behemoth of a guy. Still can't believe he's gone..

Atwell showing great toughness and certainly not out of the fight, specially with McKenzie seeming to slow down through the 9th, but still landing the big punches though starting to swing a little more wildly at times.

Steele wasn't his real last name either, he took the name because Stalin is Steel in Russian. He did it to pay homage to Joseph Stalin kind of like someone currently on this very thread.

Atwell came out of the corner for 10 looking hurt and tired but throwing and looking to land something to change things around.

McKenzie comes back in with the big shots sending Atwell staggering across the ring and into the ropes. Ref jumps in straight away to wave it off - Atwell looks like he'd had enough anyway.

    TKO 10 1:11 McKenzie.

Impressed with the kid. Good win against a tough opponent.
