:lol: Aw, that's cute - the commentators really think becoming the next Mayweather opponent is at stake here just by virtue of technically becoming the #1 contender to his WBC 154lb title.

The sad thing is, they actually do believe it.
Your casual Aussie boxing fans believe Mundine is in line for Mayweather if he wins tonight. :rofl

But... but... but... that's the way boxing works isn't it?
He has to fight the #1 contender right? ...right? ...maybe? ...sometimes? ...a little bit...

    Round 1

Rabchenko is jabbing the body of Mundine and backing him up behind a high guard. Mundine sways backward as Rabchenko leads with an uppercut slicing his way inside. Light double jab by Rabchenko up top. Mundine dips over to one size. Grazing left hook by Rabchenko, chasing with a looping right leaning in as Mundine sways back. Mundine is adopting the Philly shell with hi left arm wrapped around his belly and flicking jabs up on the backfoot. Rabchenko switches to southpaw, drilling in a power left hand lead. Pull-counter right over the top by Mundine. Another one.

    10-9 Rabchenko, close

    Not even just the weight.

I mean, Andriy Rudenko is as basic as it gets and he gave Browne heck. Absolute heck.

Welliver made him into the second coming of mid-eighties Kid Dynamite.

Chauncy was doing stuff like turning his back on Browne while getting hit. Straight up turning his back! Like a just-walked-in-the-gym-for-the-first-time novice, as opposed to a seventy bout veteran.

...and the energy-wasting Baywatch style bunny hop in place?

Pushing out with both arms loosely crossed with your chin up isn't a proper method of defense in any coach's playbook.

So many things wrong. Not just his weight.
