Rabchenko is getting closer now, cutting the ring off as Mundine's legs fail to get him spaced out enough in time for Rabchenko's wide hooks and uppercuts to not at least partially connect. Quick double and triple jabs and stiff-arms by Mundine shoving off and ducking low. Big body shots whipped in by Rabchenko, doubling Mundine over. Uppercuts by Rabchenko, coming on strong and hurting Mundine. Rabchenko is pushed onto the ropes, Mundine opening up with lead rights.

10-9 Rabchenko, big turnaround but Mundine tried stealing it.

Even if Rabchenko scores a KO now, his stock drops.

Those first six were embarrassing.

 

Round 8

Rabchenko is snapping in hard jabs and crosses at the head, and casting lone fishing-line rights over Mundine's guard. Body shots by Mundine, standing in. Rabchenko is doubling hooks into the arms of Mundine, battering them in the hopes of bringing them down. Mundine keeps them held firmly up and sticks fast jabs into Rabchenko's face, mixing in a few timely body shots when Rabchenko starts opening up. SHARP right hand lead by Mundine as Rabchenko is digging hooks on the body. Triple left hook downstairs by Rabchenko.

They brawled in the eighth and Rabchenko still lost it.

That is a bad sign.
