Otherwise it has been a workman like performance from him, as Jussi is rather cautious and defensive.

 

He just wanted to finish his career on his terms.
Said before the last fight that either it is the beginning of something beautiful, or the end of something beautiful.

It looks like he is building himself back up if successful, he will likely step up in competition eventually.

 

Also there have been some rumblings about a fight with Murata.
Martinez is ranked by the WBA for some reason.

Same as in the last fight. Doesn´t seem like there is anything wrong with him. Still fast, still on balance and still punches hard.
Only thing is that he isn´t dancing around the ring like he used to, which is a given.

Dude looks absolutely stunning for a 45 year old.

 

Murata somehow lost to Hassan and Brant. Two guys he easily destroyed in the rematches.
Crazier things have happened.
Plus Murata is getting up there in age as well.
