Uppercuts by Medina. Winchester is pushed back and has only lightly pushed counter jabs to answer with. A few limp overhands by Winchester, easily caught on the upheld arm by Medina, parlayed into clinches that the ref is quick to break. Medina is working uppers to the body on the inside and spinning Winchester around like a rag doll. More nice uppercuts to the body by Medina, with excellent location, none with tremendous snap but having an accumulative effect. BIG UPPERCUT TO THE CHIN BY MEDINA. Winchester down. He beats the count and is saved by the bell.

Round 3

Medina is circling to his right and putting a jab out. Winchester dives in and tries to chip away at the body but gets hurt with an uppercut. Winchester staggers toward the ropes, a bit rickety as Medina thumps the body. Big left hook downstairs by Medina, but Winchester slides out of the way to dodge it. Left hook to the rib by Medina moving in. Another one. Uppercut on the inside. Winchester lays back on the ropes. Medina combines left and right uppercuts. Winchester gets off the ropes. His lips are bloodied. Winchester tries to squat and jab up at Medina. Sloppy body shots dropped in by Winchester, a pretense while trying to clinch. Medina backs him to the ropes with several unanswered uppercuts. Winchester sits back against the middle rope. His corner yells at him to either keep moving or take a damn knee. Medina had a minute left to try and end it here in the 3rd. Winchester falls in with a slapping left to the body and tries to hook Medina in the face while straightening up but gets backed up by an uppercut. Jabs to the bloody lip by Medina, and a right uppercut stepping through. Medina pushes Winchester into the ropes, but can't pin him there as Winchester dances off to his left. Medina backs him into the opposite set with a jab and a right hand on the front foot. Winchester flails softly with a few overhands and ties up.
