Maciel is hit very low, and Melendez finally has a point taken. Maciel takes less than a minute to recover. Melendez is jabbing from too far away, Maciel squeezing his palms together and catching them while hopping around the center-ring Tecate logo, avoiding the corners. Maciel slips a few jabs with quick ducks and head-turns. Right hand by Melendez. Big windmilling right by Maciel pressing Melendez into the ropes. Body shots by Maciel. Big uppercut loaded up by Maciel. BIG RIGHT HAND BY MACIEL!! Melendez is down, trying to clutch the ropes but floundering, butt hitting the mat!! Melendez is up.
