Pacquiao is back in control with his southpaw 1-2 flashing into the beard of Margarito as he strafes quickly. BIG right hook lands beside the left eye of Margarito. Pacquiao lands a seven punch straight combo. MASSIVE right hook has Margarito hurt and Pac follows up with another straight combo that has Marg drooling and backing up. Margarito is saved by the bell.

Round 11

Pacquiao is really adept at keeping his jabs and left crosses perfectly ruler-straight even as his feet are moving (and his head is bobbing defensively, which makes his consistent aim even more impressive). Margarito is really getting hammered despite some attempts to block. Pacquiao slows down, weathered a little but not appearing punched out. He comes right back and touches Margarito up but it's mostly just scoring points and not doing damage.

Round 12

Pacquiao is still holding back a bit, hitting Margarito with nothing but the right jab while skirting widely. Margarito keeps following and pawing out his own left jab, but all it does is invite counters from Pacquiao who can't help himself when he sees openings. Every combo is quickly aborted, though as he gets back on the outside and starts pumping his right jab in a very obvious display of mercy. When Margarito gets a little too close for comfort Pac telegraphs a straight left lead that Margarito blocks but backs up a step from, allowing Pac to continue circling on the outside comfortably. About 95% jabs from Pacquiao (and he lands about half of them, despite barely even trying to). Margarito lands a big right hand with ten seconds left and Pacquiao punishes him with a little flurry.
