Sorry about that, seriously. Booradly is the **** talkin hypocrite on this thread.

  2. Ding ding ding!!! What do we have for the winner, Bob??

This reason is but one of the many reasons that this fight shouldn't happen. Sergio made the decision to drop the 154 belt in favor of the 160 belt--because there's more prestige with the middleweight belt. So, since that's the case (and this is just one of the reasons), he should be fighting @ 160....not cherrypicking a blown up welter. What's so hard to understand about that?

Beat Mosley moar convincingly than Void to build up his name for a big fight w/ Void in the future w/ his 160 belt on the line.

Well what is ****ed up is that Martinez just dodged the question of a mayweather matchup when they asked about it saying that he cant fight anyone else because he is focused on rematches with williams and margo.

Then we hear them now saying he wants mosley which is really lame. But I am thinking mayweather v pac is almost made. They were saying martinez was a second option for pbf.

I would love to see that fight after mayweather defeats pac.

I like Martinez and all, but this is everything I hate in a fight.

    I can't condone this - I just can't.

Exactly what? I'd REALLY love to hear what's the fuss around here. Shane Mosley vs. Sergio Martinez is a genuine superfight simple as that. Mosley, ranked the 4th best fighter in the entire freaking sport just 2 months ago, Martinez, a natural LMW ranked top6-10 P4P and no1 at 154 by The Ring, if they are to fight at LMW, that's the biggest superfight of the entire Fall if Floyd-Pac doesn't happen. True they are both 35+, but they are still ranked among the very best.

Now here's where ESB somehow loses it: Martinez is ready to make it even bigger, offering a ridiculously pro-Mosley catch-weight at just 1 pound North of 154 so Shane could fight literally as a LMW and still able to get the World MW Championship, and Maravilla is even ready to take the short end of the purse, and somehow it's NOT a superfight anymore, but cherry picking?:lol::lol: I don't get it, but maybe the problem is not with me.

And BTW, DLH was the same 155, and Hopkins was 156lbs at the weigh-in for their historical first-time-ever WBC-WBA-WBO-IBF unification fight. It was still considered as a Middleweight fight because anything over 154 up to 160lbs is called MW. What would've been the point of having that fight at 154 for no titles?

It would be a great fight most people would like to see.

both fighters would be game for it and it would be a chance for Sergio to show that he is among the elite...and for mosley to fight a young champ.. the man loves to fight and looks forward to challenges...always.

people must think mosley is ruined now after floyd. If not mosley...how about Andre berto who mosley would still whoop?

This will be his ticket to good paychecks, beating mosley and fmj. Then who knows, it will probably set the stage for a match with Pacquiao.

Still better than anyone your boy defended against  Martinez is a natural 154lber and this would be at 155, so its not a completely unfair rematch, Mosley needs to go up in weight anyway

**** imagine if Mosley pulled it off, which isn't completely outside the realms of possibility
