    c´mon guys
    Mosley is done with boxing
his motorics is gone. he needs a more than a second to adjust himself after he has made a step until he can throw a punch
    he´ll get hurt thats all
that would be a **** fight
Mora would a better choice however i can see him even losing there too

Looks like Mosley will end up fighting Sergio Mora at 154 pounds. Talking about cherry picking lol...

It's a catchweight - and I LOATHE catchweights. FFS, if you MUST get it on, get it on at 154, or 160, or forget it.

And seeing as Mosley got completely and totally dominated in his last fight, and has NEVER looked good above 147 - and it's simply a poor excuse for a "superfight".

Look who's asking me what world do I live in. If you knew anything about the sport you wouldn't be an idiot to call Martinez, out of all fighters, a cherry picker, that all alone proves you're a straight out fool. If you know anything about the sport you will also know that when a fighter has too many tough fights, one easier fight wouldn't harm one bit and I don't think Mosley is cherry picking material either even if he's coming off a loss. Mosley was coming off a loss to Cotto and a life and death struggle with Mayorga when he fought Margarito, I believe a lot of people thought that was cherry picking too. ALL fighters get a somehow easier fight here and there especially after a chain of difficult ones, if this is the first time you see a fighter do it then you need to observe the sport a little more. Being a newbie is fine, all were newbies at some point, but acting like a ****** on crack isn't.

Any shameless Pavlik fan in this thread celebrating should be added to ignore immediately. Pavlik's entire middleweight reign was based on tune-ups, even his fight with Martinez was supposed to be a joke of a fight in his favor to the bookies.

160 would be unfair to Mosley, but hell yeah make the fight at 154! But for the love of the Boxing God, how the hell don't you guys understand what's the problem? Let's do it Q & A!

Q: Would Mosley accept a nontitle fight vs. a very dangerous Martinez at 154?
    W: HELL NO!

Q: Would Mosley accept a fight at 160 for the World Middleweight Championship vs. a very dangerous Martinez?
    A: HELL NO!

Martinez wants a freaking fight and he's being extremely generous putting his MW championship on the line at quasi LMW, only someone really stupid or "well managed" would turn down such an offer. The whole idea is getting Mosley into the ring, and Maravilla is doing Shane 3 favors - the weight, the recognition and the purse - and that makes him... a cherry picker? Get the **** out of here (not you but who calls him that)!

Martinez can't offer anything better to Mosley than his Lineal MW Championship at 154lbs + 1 with Shane getting the most of the purse, that's the closest you can get to get Mosley into the ring and there's no one out there waiting to get his ass kicked by Maravilla.

Shane will not be able to hurt martinez at 154? Doubt sergio has the defense that winky had.

Well in all due respect, Pavlik didnt do that terrible against martinez. He had some rounds of success.
