    Fighter.

Stop with all the hate Pac and PBF fans.

I was on vacation so i finally watched the Barker fight. This was his equivalent of PBFs Baldomir fight where fans walked out before the fight ended or Pac's Clottey fight where Clottey just fought for a paycheck and when he would open up he would catch Pac with great shots.

Every great fighter has these type of fights.

You guys hate on Sergio because he wants to fight the men who bring you wet dreams but lets face it they all want the money. That is why they go through grueling training camps. Obstain from sex, drugs, and alcohol.

It is for the paycheck. He finally has a name so he can call out the other big names. Pac was a champ at 154 recently PBF has been a champ at 154. (oh wait yea their titles were bull**** thats why you say the fight is unfair)

Why doesnt he call out the 168 fighters?? Well he did say he will fight them at a catchweight of 164.
Hopkins at 170? Hopkins would then come into the ring at about 185+ while Martinez would be maybe 170 if he can get that high....

All Martinez is asking for is a shot to be seen by the world before he retires. It is not unfair for this fight to happen at 154 and hell he even said 150 he can have it at.

We all loved Martinez when he beat Bunema, Cintron, PW(X2), Pavlik all as an underdog. He is what all sport fans love. An underdog.

DON'T LET YOUR LOVE FOR ANOTHER MAN RUIN THAT!!!

Actually, there were a few people calling him overrated before he became obsessed with Pacweather. The fight against Barker just confirmed their opinions, and got a few more thinking. That’s all.

And yes, in recent times, people have began resenting Martinez just a little bit. But that’s not simply because he’s just calling out the Pacweather. It’s his hypocrisy while he’s doing it. As well as his blatant bullshitting/contradictions.

Every fighter is like that. They just want the money man.

    Pac
"Yes I agree to drug test to make PBF fight"
"No i am scared of needles and they will make me weak. I dont need PBF"

    PBF
"Yea Pac is next, I want you Pac!!"
"I never said that, Dont put words in my mouth!! Thats Ellerbes territory!!"

Im not even going to look for the links because you know boxing and you know its true.

Yeah, I get that, but their contradictions aren't hypocricy in the same way Martinez's is. They don't demand others to do what they won't do themselves, and call them pussies for it.

I don't mind Sergio calling out the little guys. He's just after a payday. I understand that. But when he himself and fans complain about not getting those fights and criticize others for it, then he should expect **** back.

Atleast people who fights sexy sergio, doesn't only do it for an paycheck ;) No disrespect to PBF and Pac. Despite I'm a fan of sergio, i think he should quit bitching and fight what is out there. If he can't make 150, then stay at 160. If he is to small for 168, then just stay at middleweight. I don't want to see Sergio do drain himself, just because of PBF and Pac, why not let them move up?

Sergio has only beaten two decent fighters in Pavlik and Williams. The rest of his 51 fights are littered with club fighters and no names.

Other than those two wins against Pavlik and Williams, his resume against top level fighters is barren. Hell Barker tested him and Macklin even knocked him down and was even on Julie Lederman's scorecard.

I hope JCC JR knocks him the **** out so all of his supporters will go away.

Sergio ducked Pirog. FACT. Martinez refused to fight Pirog because Pirog is unknown. So then he fights global superstar Darren Barker.

I don't recall Macklin knocking Sergio down. What round?
