    Next Monday surgery in Madrid and gone until December .
    He says his next fight is in Argentina .

    Good point. Hopefully whenever he returns he'll be at full health, with little ring rust.

    I just hope the surgeons aren't taken aback by Sergio's massive amounts of sexiness, so much so that they screw up the procedure and cripple or even kill him. Blind/****** surgeons should be recommended.

    WBC middleweight champion Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez will undergo knee surgery on Monday in Madrid and his recovery time will take until the end of November or early December. Martinez has stated his intention to have his next fight and first title defense in Argentina. “My next fight will be in Argentina. It remains to be determined the opponent and place, but it will be in Argentina!” Martinez tweeted. He has not fought in Argentina since having moved to Spain in 2001.
