Martinez will defeat both Cotto and GGG and retire one of the greatest middleweights of all time. Even greater than marvelous MH.

If Martinez beats Cotto he will be cashing out either against Mayweather or Alvarez. Do what Broner, Stevenson, and Martinez did, move up one weight class so you can get the big fight.

    LOL.

Martinez sure has been talking mucho crappo lately.

Rather than speaking of other opponents he had beet be focused on not losing to Cotto.

Not trolling. I don't think too highly of MMH. I believe a prime Martinez can beat a prime MH over 12 rounds.
15 rounds might be a different story.

Looks to me like he's saying if he feels he no longer has the attributes to win then he's not going to take that fight.

Keyword, "for my family's sake." That means he's not willing to risk his life for the fight.

If this is the case it's time for Sergio to step off the throne. Can't be considered MW king if you duck fights you think you can't win.

Sergio was spot on. No way will he ever let Golovkin beat him.

He simply will never give him the opportunity by fighting him.

Sergio earned his title the hard way and got robbed few times, how about GGG beats someone and generates good money, or just his team offers good money to Sergio and believe me Sergio would face him, no money no fight, and I'm GGG fan but this is prize fighting....

If he retires after Cotto w/o fighting, I'll say he ducked him, but at his age, I don't really mind it.
