    I've heard he does a lot of stuff like that, there was a thread a while back about him supporting women who had been in abusive relationships. Nice the way he talked to the kid and got a response. I feel so sorry for the kid and his family though. Horrible situation :(
    And it's a crying shame this thread will get drowned by the pacweather troll circle jerk bs

    I completely agree. Not many fighters today are as active as Martinez in terms of giving back to the people. The way Martinez handled himself shows that he wasnt doing it for the attention or anything, its always nice to see hope in a troubling situation, sometimes theres more life in a dying man than there is in most people

    And yes, this thread will die because of the BS lol

    yep, martinez is a very good guy, I wish he was a big ppv attraction and age 27 or something, would be very good for boxing.
