Your right, i dont see Pac losing to Martinez because Pac will not fight him. Your right Martinez is a tad one dimensional, but like people used to say about Pac, that one dimension is enough. Why do you guys continue to try and diminish Martinez's accomplishments by saying; "yeah Martinez is good, but he cant beat Pac or Mayweather." I'm not saying Martinez wins, but at least I know he is willing to fight the best. And I definetely give Martinez a 50/50 chance on both fights.
Phil, I perused your P4P Top 10 and tried to read some of your other stuff. I even tried to suspend the initial knee jerk reaction I had to seeing your thoughts on Martinez which led to me looking at your other stuff. But honestly, that, combined with your horrible P4P list, and claiming simultaneously that 160 is empty and that Sergio needs to move up to 168.. made me unable to entertain any more of your thoughts as being anything more than drivel. Not that anything else deserved credit, honestly. Yes, yes, okay. Opinions are great. Super. Swell. It's just that... your opinions are all horrible. Think of your analysis and your articles as if you were writing papers in school again. You don't necessarily get a good grade for effort.
P.S. in the event you were curious about my comments on Sergio not moving up, Sergio is small enough as is as a 160 pounder, and has only recently moved up. Also, with the Super 6, who is he going to fight at 168? Lucian Bute? Jean Pascal? Bute would not be a good idea, and Pascal is locked up with BHop/Dawson.
Surely you jest. Sergio outpoints Golovkin and Lemiuex rather easily, and he beats Manfredo like a damn drum. The only fighter at 160lbs that would be a serious test, in my opinion, would be Pirog. Sergio and PBF at 154 would be one hell of a tilt.
