YEa usually men who hit women tend to be insecure cowards.

You dont ever hit a woman.

No surprise here, the dude is just as good for the sport as any fighter in the last decade. Didn't he raise a fund for Forrest after he was murdered?

what the hell is a misdemeanor domestic-violence? and if it's so inexcusable and unforgiveable, why did he only get 60 day sentence and serve 35? that's baby-back bull****! oh wait, he's white. lucky *******.

What does it say about someone when Sergio is trying to do something good for women and they find a reason to be all butthurt about that?

yep he felt Forrest was ducking him and after Vernon got murdered and Martinez found out how Forrest helped the community and kids with medical problems Martinez said he admired Vernon for what he did and started a fund.

It's literally impossible for me to not be a fan of him. If you're a boxing fan and hate Sergio Martinez, it's either because he beat your favorite fighter or you're just a miserable *****.

how can he not? i'm not hating, i'm glad he exposed kelly pavlik. but he's middleweight chmapion of he world. he kicks ass, good looking, and respects women, and polite and gentlemanly. he does have some ricky martin tendencies at times.

I believe in defending myself. If a 6 foot monster with titties is attacking me with a baseball bat for no good reason I'm going to start pushing her off. If that doesn't suffice I will throw some haymakers. Hurting a woman isn't something I would brag about. It's just a result of exercising my right to protect myself from getting seriously injured or killed.

Anyway, good for Sergio. I just hope he doesn't start getting all radical, becoming an extremist or like an obnoxious hippie. Nothing wrong with that; I just find them annoying as hell. Kinda like nobody likes people who talk way too much.
