With him likely being out for the rest of this year with a broken hand when he returns who would you like to see him fight ? And who do you think he will fight ?

Who knows if he'll even stick to his plan of fighting two more times. On thing for sure, though, is that we can kiss that GGG fight goodbye.

Lets face it he only beat Murray because he was in Argentina with ref support, the guy is shot. He primed over the last few years but it is gone now.

Clearly not shot when he has enough in the tank to get W over a top 10 contender.
Sergio is washed up tho. The Jr fight was too though.

His next fight will likely be against Rubio. I expect him to look at little bit better but thats about it. I hope he and his team realize that it´s time to pack it in.

    Why?

After his performance the other night, I definitely think GGG KO's him, but I don't think he'll run from a fight with GGG. Especially if it's the fight that everyone is calling for, which by that point I think it will be.

I don't think DiBella would risk it.

What is there to risk for Dibella? If its Sergio last fight and by that time GGG brings in a good amount of money, DiBella won't give a **** about Martinez losing as long as DiBella milks him while he can. That is just the way all promoters work and I am sure DiBella is no diffrent. (Just wait and see how GBP will try to milk Khan while they can) Now if its between Chavez Jr and GGG we all know DiBella and Martinez will pick Jr because of the money. Anyone with a right mind will also do the same. Get as much as you can while its your last fight. I really hope its GGG though, so Sergio can end the flat footed hype. But I guess time will tell.

Good point. But I think it will be a joint decision by DiBella and Martinez. And I totally understand all promoters being the same, but, DiBella actually genuinely cares about his fighters. I can never see him pushing Martinez -- who's body appears to be breaking down -- to fight GGG if he felt it was too much of a risk. Especially seeing as though GGG, in the next 2 or so fights, won't have become the required attraction that DiBella would like him to be in order to generate the most money for Martinez.

Simply put, GGG might be a risk that's not worth taking in the light of Martinez-Murray.

I'd happily be proven wrong, though. As I too believe Martinez will beat GGG (close than what I thought prior to the weekend) and it will be an awesome fight for the fans.

he should go after a mega fight ppv against a mexican seller, either rematch junior or canelo.
too risky if he fights GGG.

I think Pac or Mayweather should take advantage to be honest.

Mayweather could, Pac is too small.

Sergio should take on Vera in Argentina then take on GGG and ride of into the sunset, he can take his seat next to Nicolino in the Argentinian Boxing God

He will probably lose if he fights someone ranked really high. He was probably past prime when he fought Chavez and it was just his last great performance his best days are behind him. Now after a knee injury (the worst thing that could happen) and a layoff his age starts really to show and he wasn't in the shape he is usual in and because of his hand he will have another layoff. He should retire

He needs money, people. The GGG fight seems finished; the guy is not a draw. I'd say he should just try to get one or two last big fights with Chavez Jr and Canelo, like people have mentioned.
