Sergio Martinez: Pac is a cherry picker!!!!

I'm not mad he is making his money. It's not even really all about him. His handlers, promoter in particular, are duping the public. But, that's the game. Those of us who know better, do better.

 

True...True. But, what they can't say is that he wasn't one of the top guys in Manny's preferred weight class. And they can't say that he isn't young, hungry, strong, fast, and looking like a beast right now.

Even Hopkins is getting **** for his choice of Pascal as an opponent (after he wins convincingly of course). But, Pascal was all the things I said above, right after his win over Dawson...can't be denied.

 

Martinez is one of my favourite fighters.

It's ashame that there really isn't much challenges/money at his optimal weight.

The man has put in enough work and deserves to be getting big money fights, and the 2 biggest money money fights are Pac n Floyd. He is just saying all that stuff to bait the fight and stir interest, looking after himself basically ...

Does he even realize that the midget is already way out of his comfort zone climbing up in weigh classes? And he is at 160 :-(

Martinez should go up to 168 and fight fighters close to his own size. :deal

 

No idiot...I was saying that Pac's last three opponents were bigger than him. And then pointed out to you that Dzinziruk (Sergio's last opponent) is not bigger than him as you had claimed. Get it?

 

Blabla, if PAcquiao fights ortiz, ppl will say Ortiz is B-Class and overrated.

If he beats Bradley, they'll say Bradley was never that good.

The list goes on.


Pacquiao fought the best fighters out there and took the toughest challenges, regardless of the circumstances. Cotto and Hatton were fights that everybody wanted to see, and a lot of people had those fights even. No one gave Pac a chance against De La Hoya. Clottey was a top welter and one of the most avoided ones out there for good reason. Margo was a pointless fight, but with a 17lb weight advantage, you can't call that a cherry pick and keep a straight face. Mosley was a **** fight, but that's one bad mark on a great track record.

If pacquiao fights on after Marquez, you can almost guarantee he's going to fight an Ortiz or Bradley, so I wouldn;t worry about it. But like I said once he easily sparks those guys out, people will still make excuses.

 

What you said invalidates nothing I said. Boxing fans, in the know, want to see the best fight the best. That is all. Clottey, Margarito, and Shane were ALL carefully selected opponents. Fans were not clamoring for these fights. Manny carried these fights, in and out of the ring. Because, they were absolute ****.

 

Pac has Void running like the chicken he really is....................

I'm interested in Pac vs Money, Bradley, Maidana,Cotto rematch,Martinez, Williams (bet Pac would like that option coming off a loss), Ortiz! Lot O good fights for Manny if he really wants one!
