i mean look at him against margorito then after that ass whooping (well the cintron fight) he looked completely different. he fought just a weightclass above his original weight so how did he drastically transform himself in such a short amount of time?

10 years douche bag....do you not think if you train and just work out for 10 years you will be stronger, look physically better? have you ever worked out for more than a week?

Improved strength and conditioning methods maybe? The fact that that fight was years ago and he might have grown into his body better? I mean, for christ sake, any fighter who improves his physique seems to get this question thrown at them. It's ludicrous, particularly in this case.

This is the problem with Ignorant people trying to make serious observations ...

Sergio was 24 Years old when he fought Margarito... he had only been boxing professionally for 3 years at that point.

A lot can happen after someone has 10+ years of boxing and physical conditioning experience .... it's not hard to imagine at all.

People like you look at Pacquiao when he was 20, and try to make an argument that he was the same fighter then... and that his improvement and change in physical stature can only be explained through his use of PEDs..

lol --- have you just begun to follow boxing? Look at Pac when he was 24 years old... and how he looks now.. He looks like a child then and a man now.

pac is different he became a better boxer in general. i've never been on the pac ped bandwagon. but sergio martinez stayed relatively around the same weight and looks drastically different. pac aint on ped but curious how some of you feel about sergio

The truth is we'll never know. But I would highly doubt Martinez. He started boxing later in life than most, so he didn't get in a long amatuer career. Obviously, he was still learning on the job during the beginning part of his career.
