  1. Chavez is a hypejob. Ward would embarrass him.

Would Ward drop to 160 to fight Jr? After all, Chavez is the money man isn't he? Also, if Ward can beat him, he can say to his critics he went down in weight class to beat someone solid which would negate all the talk about Ward fighting Dawson with unfair advantage.

If he doesnt go up to 175, I dont see why Ward wouldnt take it.

    Big money, easy fight.

Not a good idea . Junior is a boss at 160 because his size, at 168 won't have that advantage .And Ward is exactly the kind of medicine he shouldn't be taken. If he can't stay 160, start targeting Pavlik,Miranda,Abraham .

I commend Jr. but he'd lose badly. I think an ideal version of Chavez Jr. could make things interesting on the inside against Ward, but Ward will likely move up to 175 and who knows if that division would ever suit Chavez.

Why would Ward drop to 160 when Chavez doesn't even belong there and isn't even the man in that division. Nobody cares about the talk because that's all it is. Dawson said he wanted Ward at 168 and wouldn't have a problem with the weight. Anyone who puts that on Ward is being foolish.

As long as he stays away from the top 168ers hell do good. Abraham Chavez or Bute Chavez would be fun to watch.

ummm... my girl was doing a photoshoot at a local gym for Knoxx and I thought it would be a cool pic for me to look knocked out by my knockout gf :D

if you don't believe that. the correct answer is i don't know.

on a related note, I also commend Jr. for going for the tougher fights. At least he's going for exciting fights we want to see. I wish all boxers thought the same way and had his hunger.

All but five of his 26 pro fights have been outside his hometown, and even if they did the fight in CA, Jr has a much bigger following here than Ward does. The only place you'll find more Mexicans than California is Mexico. :deal
