When is he going to fight? he has called out several people and he got robbed twice from Cintron. Ever since he was elevated to WBC Junior Middleweight champion he sort of went off the grid. Hopefully he can get a big name by the end of the year.

yeah, he is an exciting fighter to watch. Maybe Phillips, Spinx, Williams would have been good but he is fighting Pavlik. Santos? Someone. :think

I thought he was fighting someone soon. Yeah, definetely not Cintron. He could knock Cintron out cold and he still would not win.

Martinez has called out Clottey, Angulo, Spinks, Dzinziruk, and Williams. Since these guys are either busy or just dont want to fight, word is he is now negotiating with undefeated Vanes Martirosyan.

i hope matiryosan gives him a beating. martinez is overrated. he should move up if he really wants a challenge, not just stick on that one division.

I think the junior middleweight division as a whole is suffering from an identity crisis so it's a stretch to say that any of it's leading lights is any more avoided than anyone else. I'd like to see Duddy move down there.

I am going to have to agree with the TS. Sergio Martinez showed the boxing world after the Cintron fight he is a force to be reckoned with. Amazing speed for someone his age, VERY UNDERRATED POWER, seems like he has a decent beard and shows good ring generalship, kind of reminds me of a Joe Calzaghe type where he can change his style while the fight progresses. One of my favorite fighters and would give ANY JMW a run for there money. I would love to see a Santos vs Martinez fight.
