Anyone get the feeling Martinez is waiting for the money shot?

    Round 2 9-10 Barker
    19-19

Barker being cautious now, and successfully defended against almost every punch by Sergio this round. Personally I only saw less than a handful of punches land cleanly on either fighter, so I gave it to Barker based on ring generalship.

Always viewed Martinez as over rated. But anyhow I am no expert.

If Sergio fought either Pac or Mayweather like this he will get destroyed.

Does not look like a P4P fighter...

    Round 3

Martinez is throwing some spirited right hooks from off the ropes, where he's waiting to spring traps on Barker - but he's missing and Barker isn't taking the bait. Barker is just approaching to almost within range and throwing his long right hands, trying to lure Martinez back out and then pulling back to make Martinez miss. Right jabs by Martinez. Left hand into the guard. Right hook hits the back of the glove. Barker comes forward and lands a right hand lead. 1-2 by Martinez backs him off. Jab lands for Barker but a right cross goes too high at a slant. Barker comes inside, guard up high and wriggling to either side to keep Martinez out of rhythm. Left hook by Barker cuffs Martinez as the Argentine ducks in to grab. Right jabs pushed out by Martinez backing up. Right hand by Barker.

    10-9 Barker

    29-28 Martinez

Pretty close round there. I guess Barker landed the best punch in a round where the output was fairly even.

    29-28 Martinez

Clear round for Barker. A lot of nice, clean right hands. Sergio's offense isn't looking good right now.

Could be 2-1 either way imo

    28 - 29 Barker

Barker caught Sergio with a nice right and is walking him down. Sergio isn't landing anything but wasting a lot of energy with his bouncing and constant movement. Barker is imposing his will.
