    Round 7 10-9 Martinez
    67-66 Martinez

Another round where Martinez is more active and Barker is slow and methodical, but Martinez is starting to just break through. Even though he's still not landing many clean shots, he's also clearly doing more damage.

Lmao, Lou dibella has good reasons for keeping him away from Pirog. Better cash him out against either of the two welterweight champs before some middleweight blast him off his hype

Honestly, I have watched several fights from both the HBO and British commentary perspective and I agree completely.

British commentators are much more on the ball compared to HBO. They have far less bias.

    Round 8

Barker slices in with hooks and rights, as Martinez tries to navigate off the ropes. Their legs tangle and Martinez is tripped to the ground. He grins, embarrassed before getting up. Martinez eats some left jabs on the outside while flipping both hands in turn up between Barker's elbows - possibly landing on them and not actually touching Barker's body. Barker stalks and blocks, looking to find a left jab or right hand as Sergio just flashes right jabs into his gloves. Left hook by Barker instead! Very long reach on Barker. 1-2 by Barker, backs Martinez up. Three shot combo by Barker. Martinez shakes it off and comes back, firing his southpaw 1-2 upstairs from his low-armed stance. Martinez now hangs on the outside and tries to slip jabs but gets clipped.

    10-9 Barker

    76-76

I just can't see Barker doing enough to win these rounds.

    78-74 Martinez.
