who woudl win the remmatch. did anyone see the first fight? iwas wondering who would win this fight . i became a big fan of sergio martinez after the Buenema fight but find it a real tough call
I saw Martinez get caught in the first fight. I do like Martinez's movement and boxing skills and he certainly made a fan out of me in his fight against Buenema. A rematch against Margo would be interesting and he would certainly have to put those skills and movement on display. Tough to call.
I have it on tape...It was the undercard fight for Morelas vs Barrera. Margo beat his butt, both were fairly green, not sure which has improved more since then, I would guess Margo being that he has been fighting real fighters since then and Martinez hasnt. He is getting far too much credit for beatting Bunema who is a very limited fighter that had really one good win over Karmazin who too is abit over rated.
Tough one, but since Margarito already beat him once... it could be a Cintron or a Cotto all over again. Martinez seems very good, but Bunema didn't seem much of a challenge, it was like he was in slow motion and got hurt numerous times by Martinez. I have to go with Margarito.
He broke Martinez down in the first fight. They were both throwing, but Margarito was never hurt and you could tell it was just a matter of time before Martinez would give in. It was a very entertaining fight though. Also, I think Margarito has progressed much more than Martinez since then. That fight was like 7 or so years ago.
