How does the late-bloomer in Martinez do against the mauling Hamsho?

Not good. I think Hamsho takes it fairly easily.

Depends on the ref...But I dont see Martinez be able to sustain his way of fighting for to long against Mustafa before he gets dragged into some rough exchanges.

It wont be pretty after that. He could edge enough rounds early to maybe bag a decision in a short fight but I dont even think he makes the rounds over 15 heats and 12 could be a bit to much aswell against a guy like Hamsho.

Rangy plodders like Pav and Williams are one thing..but a stocky and down right dirty in close fighter like Hamsho is totally different.

Hamsho stops him with an elbow/head butt/knee-lift combination.

Hamsho by decision. Hamsho was so strong and so aggressive. I think he's underrated due to the beatings he took from Hagler.

Damn Martinez being underrated here! I still lean to Hamsho, but it wouldn't be easy. I do think that hands down, pull away style would slip up eventually against this tough guy, though.

Hamsho decision. I definitely need to look into both a bit more.
