The only thing with Chavez Jr. is he doesn't have the power when he lands to make sergio Stop his attack ya know? I just think it will be pretty bad for Chavez because the only way he would win is by KO/TKO which wont happen and Def. will lose a UD IMO, I feel sorry for him

It doesnt matter who it is, rubio, cotto, chavez jr,zbik. martinez beats them all, they just need to give him his belts back, it sucks that the best middleweight in the world doesnt have a belt because he keeps getting stripped.

His power is improving with the improvement of his technique and overall conditioning. But you're right....JCC Jr needs to get the respect of sergio to keep him honest. If he can't do that Sergio will control the fight in every area. I give JCC Jr more credit than most. He's got some really big shoes to fill by being JCC Superstars son. So his expectations are more exaggerated than the average top contender in the game. I think JCC makes it a close, competitive and exciting fight. Most likely in a losing effort.

I still rather see chavez jr vs martinez than any of those guys.

I prefer cotto vs martinez at 157 for martinez' belt. I dont mind seeing chavez jr get a beating as well.
At first I felt sorry for the guy cause everyone hated on him and he has huge shoes to fill, which will never work.
But now that he is happily benefiting from his name I dont care anymore, I like Martinez though since he works really hard to get where he is and they try to **** him over the whole time.

I only want to see cotto-martinez at 154. Anything more than that will be a disadvantage to cotto. He doesn't have the power at 154, it will be even less effective north of that weight.

I think Cotto is getting the winner. He's going to be at the fight.

Didn't Martinez get stripped of the WBC because they wanted him to fight Zbki and HBO wouldn't play ball? Have HBO changed their tune again?

Wouldn't surprise me if chavez wins and he fights cotto next. Arum likes to keep it in house.

Probably since arum like to keep it in house fights. If chavez jr wins then a fight with cotto at 154 or martinez @ 160 would be good for me. At least he would finally be fighting someone good.
