Forgot all about Mora. He rode his Contender fame into a fight with Forrest he got a decent win in. But that luster ain't last cuz he got whomped in the rematch. He done **** all since then. If the fight happens, GG beats him down.
I don`t need to watch it again. Vera's trainer said during the 12th round that Vera needed a KO to win. After the fight Vera himself admitted he thought the fight was a draw.
So? What Vera and his trainer said shouldn't have anything to do with your RBR scoring. Besides, lots of trainers say things like that to light a fire under their guy's ass down the stretch. He probably recognized that Brian was being very ineffective and was more focused on that than paying attention to what Mora was doing (or in this case, wasn't). It's understandable he'd be nervous about the judges not liking Vera's work...but thankfully they liked Mora's lack of work even less, as should any reasonable person scoring that rematch. As for Vera himself, do you really thinking he was keeping a mental card throughout, saying "OK that one was 10-9 to me" and "Grr, that there was 10-9 to Sergio..." between rounds? He was just saying that to be sportsmanlike, something the delusional sore ass loser Mora couldn't bring himself to be as he showed his true colors. Not a very good boxer, nor a very good person.
sergio mora has never been in the middleweight picture, ever, and he's coming off of a win against some complete nobody sandwiched in between two losses to brian vera. it would be a step backward and a completely pointless fight. barker, lee, quillin, pirog, macklin and even vera himself are all worthier challengers. sergio mora would survive himself to a ud loss or get stopped.
Light a fire for who? His trainer said that in the middle of the 12th to the comentators, not for Vera in the corner. :-( Watch the fight more carefully to improve the forum`s quality.
Exactly. The trainer told the broadcasters during the 12th that his fighter needed a KO to win. And the fighter (right after the fight) admitted he did not win.
