the doubt is expected but you obviously are not a student of the sport and pay close attention to his tactics and excellent foot work + hand speed:bbb
so you say that the peeps from east LA are cowards...calling all brothas from the barios (whistle whistle)
well it would not make sense to fight the mandatory being that Sergio would have to pay Vernon step aside money ($300K) to fight Martinez wich would possibly pay him only $700K and after all fees go home with nearly 300K not very smartatsch
The Latin Fake? Pretender, to the core. It will be shown shortly what a fluke his win over the used-up Forrest was.
Mora deserves props for beating Forrest fair and square. He is the WBC 154 lb. champion - - - a contender no more.
Sergio Mora is definately a contender. A excellent boxer with very quick hands. Not a hard puncher and I havent seen his chin really tested. The next time he steps up will tell alot where he really belongs.
You do realize that at 160 Bronco McKart, Raul Marquez, Enrique Ornelas, Brian Vera, and even young Andy Lee would all be a step up for Mora don't you?
He won a world title so he has lived up to the hype of being a Contender winner. Is he some sort of ATG? Not even close, but so far so good for Mora.
sorry dude none of the above just somebody who followed the contender once I heard that local hero was entered in the show last minute...he has got skills and I respect him cuzz he is a smart fighter and that is a dying breed in todays sport:smooch
great points! I have seen his fights up close and I can tell you that he has a chin the only time that he has ever been down was against This content is protected in Vegas when the Snake dashed at him and got caught in the second round but he was up in 2 seconds and later won by TKO in the seventh round...the only thing he should worry about is his eye injury in which he sustained against Manfredo originally due to a head-butt.
