Well done to Mora, win lose or Draw he is showing Courage when most of the Middleweights when it comes to fighting Golovkin would not know the meaning of the word.!!!!
Guys who would be numerous times better: -Sergio -Geale -Macklin -Sturm -Proksa -Pirog -Lee -Chavez Jr. -P. Williams -Lee -Quillin -Njikam -Rubio -Vera -Murray -Zbik -Adama -Barker -Soliman -Korobov -Maciel -Alcine -Lemeiux -J. Taylor That's 25 guys that did not take long to think of... Obviously, many of them have and most of them would, but at some point Golovkin needs to back up his talent with achievement. Currently, he has accomplished very little as a pro, especially for the talk he generates. I like him, but understand and actually kind of side with the general argument against his hype.
I believe if this fight happens Mora will cause alot of problems for Golovkin wait and see being a slick and defensive guy he is. Isnt this Mora supposed to be at least some known name at USA at least with Latinos? If Golovkin beats him it will be good start of making name for himself there I think..:huh
He's known here. Not for the right reasons. He gets very little respect, especially since missing weight and then fighting like in the, how should I say, "least honorable way imaginable" against Mosley.
I'll nitpick this one a little bit if you don't mind. The Forrest loss is a rematch for a winning effort, Mosley was supposed to beat him and the Vera loss was a SD loss, not a KO. Still, you are quite right when you criticize him as an opponent for a World champion belt holder. On the other hand, in the case that there is a super champion I count a regular champion as simply a #1 contender, although one with a very small change of actually getting a shot at the title. I light of this Mora (and the rest of his rather sorry belt holder resume) is somewhat more excusable imo.
Make that $$$$ Sergayo Just hope his CTs and MRIs don't run through his entire purse like Briggs did.:rofl
Im sure he will fight on some Klychko cards but he was in the US a couple weeks ago talking to alot of the major TV networks and choosing Mora as a opponent seems like something you would do with a American audience in mind.
Ah I had forgotten about that, I remember reading the article on the front page Here's hoping. Once he gets the US audience hopefully it will be a lot harder to duck him
I think he should focus on germany more than on America, especially with the klits promoting him he can become bigger in Europe.
