Mora hit him with a good left hook and the ref jumped straight in before seeing the guys response.Bad stoppage

 

I thought it looked a little early, but mostly I agree with you. The ref is seeing stuff up close that we don't get from television (and definitely not Youtube), and considering who this guy was, there was no point in forcing him to take a bunch of punishment.

And good point on why Mora would bother fighting someone like this in the first place.

thats the only part of the fight i've seen and from that it was definitely stoppede early.but if he was copping punishment the whole fight maybe the right thing was done.

For a guy that fight with a wide stance and mostly square off, he gets away with everything a tru test of the level of competition he is fighting..for the stoppage, Bull ****...

Ruvalcaba is looking as though he is sucking wind in his corner, it didn't look like he had too much left.

I literally clicked on this thread just to say that Sergio Mora is a joke amongst men. I don't even care to see how bad that stoppage was.
