Only time in that round Alvey committed to striking he landed a good uppercut and knee.

Rashad is shot, can't pull the trigger, slow as molasses. Alvey could close the show if he let his hands go.

I think he'd honestly have more left at LHW.... He's well past it.. But the cut certainly isn't helping things.

Disappointing fight. Alvey had every opportunity to KO a deadman but was too conservative.

29-28 Evans, 29-28 Alvey and..... 29-28 for the winner by SD. Sam Alvey. Correct decision.

That's the story of his career. He's a very conservative plodding counter striker with good TDD.

Is it really that hard of a cut? Rashad is only 5'11'' and not a huge guy. I think he should just retire immediately.

I'm not disagreeing... I just think he'd have more success at LHW than MW. Quite a stupid cut. He'd only lost to contenders at LHW.... Which is a ghost down outside of the top 5 or so of the division. He could have padded his record before gambling against another top 10ish fighter.

Bravo knocked stiff in the opening periods of the opening round.... Bandenay the biggest underdog on the card pulls of the shocking upset with a brutal high kickl

Jouban just got KTFO. Another upset..... Kind of wanted to go with Price, but didn't jump on it.
