    If he fights Cotto it should be at 154. just imo

    As for the fight, would love to see it.... I think its a tough one for Cotto to win, and I dont think its one he will take. But, Cotto is one of the ballsiest dudes in the sport so who knows what would happen lol.

    If they wind up fighting Id favor Martinez to stop Cotto late or win a decision due to overtaking the championship rounds.

    Kinda dont want this fight though because its two of my favorite fighters :lol: Would much rather see Martinez vs Canelo or Mayweather.

    I like both, but Sergio would destroy Cotto. Cotto's too small for Sergio.

    The only person who I think would stand a strong chance of victory against Sergio right now is GGG. If Sergio stays in the game for a few more years, a more seasoned Canelo might be trouble for him too.

    I don't know why, but I feel Cotto will be in big trouble here, but if he carries his firepower at a higher weight, he has a chance.

    I want this match only because it will give Sergio a big payday and more exposure which he deserves. But let's be honest, Cotto would be fighting somewhat of a bigger version of Pacquiao with a better jab.

    Sergio would knock Cotto senseless in 6 rounds, no disrespect to Cotto but he is far from his best and is at a much higher weight class, fighting someone in the weight class above (even if he were to come down to 154) is not a good idea.

    Cotto should stick to fighting Trout and should he pull through and regain the Junior Middleweight belt should go after Canelo Alvarez next to take his belt and then finally have one more fight (preferably against Erislandy Lara) before hanging them up

    Sergio on the other hand also deserves some big pay days and who better to take on that Daniel Geale for the IBF belt (he is most likely to get stripped of his WBA crown) whilst Chavez takes on Gennady Golovkin with the winners meeting in a mouth watering middleweight showdown.

    Golovkin - Martinez is the best fight to be made at 160, forget a Chavez rematch. If Chavez wants a rematch he can go through GGG first

    he'd take cottos heart after about 5-6 rounds.... then cotto would be on his bike and run for the remainder of the fight til ref stops it.

    You don't know what your talking about. So Martinez deserves a big pay day, so you advise to fight geale instead of cotto, who is the ppv king number 3 behind pacquiao and money?
