Who cares what he weighed 30 days out. What did he weigh fight night and what can he get down to are what matters.

Nope he is a full middleweight.
Just shows you how foolish the people who wanted Manny or Floyd to fight him are.
Also shows how full of **** Sergio is in claiming he can fight at a 151 catch-weight.

I would think he was a full middleweight as well. I t seems as thought that 150 weight he through out there was just to get them to the negotiation table then he would change his mind if the fight became a reality

If sergio went down to 154, he would look worse than rios on weigh in days.

No- he is a legit middleweight. And yes it was those who were defending him for calling out Manny and Floyd

I think Sergio was and is a good sized Middleweight. I think after the Dzinzurik fight is when he started planning to come down to fight Floyd and/or Manny, so he did start losing weight.
Now with this fight against Chavez, I think Sergio is planning on gaining more weight and being closer to 170 on fight night (similar to Williams and Dzinzurik fight) opposed to 164 (Macklin and Barker).

He's a small MW by todays standards. Just like Floyd and Manny are exceptional at 147-154 so is Sergio at 160. 5'6" Basilio beat MW great Robinson who even by todays standards was a big welter and good sized MW. Like Basilio, Floyd, and Manny Sergio just another special fighter that can move up and down in weight no problem. He has a healthy lifestyle like Hopkins alot of haters would be shocked how well he'd do at 154. He mostly comes in BELOW 160 at the weigh in. Anyone who really thinks he can't do 154 just plain hatin.

Are people really surprised he would want to be a lil bit bigger for this fight?
