Leaning towards Derevyanchenko but he is unproven in professional boxing so I'm not super confident in that. Good fight. Hopefully we get to see it at some point.
I do favour Charlo slightly and definitely feel he has the higher upside but its near enough 50/50, Charlo is beatable. Derevyanchenko has a wealth of experience dispite his short pro career, but he just hasn't fought a very high level of opposition as a pro to rate him higher.
I think Derevyancheno will do his classic, suss him out, break him down and stop him late routine that he does.
