For the record as evidenced by his MMA career I don't think Perry has a glass chin, but with defense as abysmal as his you're not going to go long before you get KO'd in boxing unless your chin is Chuvalo -esque.

Why couldn't Haymon find a meaningful opponent (a contender) to fight Derevyanchenko?

 

Same reason he couldn't find one for Beterbiev.
Haymon signed him to keep him away from his own fighters.

You would expect Charlo to face him next right? Not in Haymon's world.

People were giving Charlo beef for fighting Centento Jr. Imagine if he faced a guy as bad as Johnson

 

No apparently it's better to match him with Johnson and Charlo with Centeno Jr. But... But Golovkin is ducking Charlo though!

 

Neither are great fights but Johnson is clearly better than his record would suggest. You must think Darnell Boone is horrible as well?
