It was not a fluke at all. He outboxed him and knocked him down.

Yeah! I would also like to watch a rematch between Dzindziruk and Konecny. Their first encounter was fun to watch resulting in a controversial point decision victory for the classy Ukranian operator.I,too, had Dzindziruk ahead on points after 12 very close and entertaining rounds. However,I wouldnt argue the toss with someone who had Konecny ahead after their close fight.
Konecny deserves a rematch. Besides Dzindziruk could probably earn some good bucks fighting in front of 15.000 people in the huge Slavia arena in Praha.Konecny is a big draw in his native Czech Republic.

I wouldnt also mind watching Dzindziruk take on Santos in a rematch.Their first encounter was a very interesting and fascinating fight for any box aficionado.

He beat Santos. He could rematch him, but I would say Dzinziruk is one of the two or three best in the division.

He keeps on winning and winning against solid opposition.

I'd like to see him vs Paul Williams.

Id like for him to get a fight with Forrest.... that would prove a lot at this point and if he should win would make him close to THE MAN to beat at the division.

He's never fought Kotelnik, he's 14 lbs above him.

I presume you mean Konecny, and suddenly everybody judges him off that performance :-(

He has better performances and better wins and deserves a big fight. Bring on Forrest.

I don't think he beats Williams,Martinez or Angulo. And I'd favor Santos against him in neutral territory. But he'd handle Forrest, Mora, Little Neon, Mayorga and Verno.:smoke :smoke

I don't know if you were responding to me, but if so then you are being way over-sensitive. All i said was that i saw him against Konecny, and wasn't that impressed. and you respond "suddenly everybody judges him off that performance"

relax dude, i never said i judged him off that performance, just that i wasn't impressed by it. Were you?

In neutral territory. Are you saying the famously buoyant German crowd made a big difference?

Come on man, Dzinz beat him clearly and knocked him on his ass. There was no controversy there. It's funny how this win just gets brushed over.

I would be all for a rematch though. Dzinz would win again, and get more credit perhaps, now that Santos is getting some recognition himself.

Well, he's never fought a Kotelnik so I was confused as to what you were on about more than anything.

And everybody does seem to judge him off that one performance now. In all the threads concerning him it comes up numerous times, yet nobody really gives him credit for beating Santos, and he is rarely talked about in terms of the division.

So yes I'm a bit sensitive because its unfair.
