Dzinziruk is hot garbage on a platter. He wasn't that good at 154, after getting trashed by Martinez, he was exposed by some up and coming bum, who he drew with. I don't want to see that guy on tv ever again.
What talent? Whatever talent he had, was beaten out of him by Martinez. Dzinziruk looked absolutely horrible in his last fight against some young bum.
He is a natural LMW to be fair and Martinez is, you know, pretty ****ing good. Being worse than him doesn't exactly equal not having talent. Last time I saw Dzinziruk fight, he drew with an upcoming talent who was supposed to amount to something (can't be arsed to look it up) so that ain't too bad an achievement.
Was giving Martinez problems in that fight. But I don't rate Martinez really so I do agree he sucks. He's very one paced and does the same thing over and over. Fight against an overweight Gonzalez was quite boring, and he really lost but I think the boxing deities shafted Gonzalez to teach him a lesson.
He's just not that great. He's a good fighter just nothing special. Gets on his bike and beats average opponents with stamina. Before he held on to beat a statuesque Chavez his previous trio of fights against Macklin, Barker and Dzinziruk all showed how vulnerable he is. Had issues in all those fights and none of those guys are elite level, or really close to it. His claim to fame is solely from beating an extremely flawed fighter, Paul Williams.
