Ward was very negative in the first round, using his height & reach advantage and quick feet to play pattycake with the southpaw jab and hold Figueroa off, but the spearing head-down body shots began to mount up for Figueroa in the second.

He'll probably get to Ward eventually (the dude has been stopped eight times in his ten losses over fifteen bouts) but this looking down while diving in with shots is a TERRIBLE habit that will get him countered to death when he begins stepping up in class...

Maybe if it was a 6-rounder.
