There is a chance this fight could happen.:p:hey

    Who takes it and how?

  2. Sergio's mid-round siesta would cost him here. Mayweather SD.

Martinez could trouble Floyd....maybe Floyd could catch him off-balance and push him down to score a knockdown and take a UD on points....BUT, if Martinez could pull the win off, he'd probably become my favorite fghter of all time.........and the fight would become my favorite of all time as well.

It would be really close. Maravilla's size and attitude wins him the decision imo.

  6. Size don't win fights. Skeels wins fights.

I'll pick Mayweather in this one, just because of his defensive ability. If Kelly Pavlik's defensive ability and Mayweather's Defensive Ability were buildings, Mayweather would be Cowboy's Stadium, Pavlik's would be a mud hut. So it isn't really fair to compare Martinez's success here to what he could do possibly to Mayweather.

Picking Martinez to beat Mayweather based on his performance against Pavlik is like picking Craftsman to build the next space shuttle because they have a lifetime guarantee.

Martinez is too easy to hit. No defense. Paul showed that. Floyd proved his worth by beating a decent version of odlh at 154. Floyd eats speedy south paws alive ask chop chop zab and shambe. Floyd by late tko

Floyd Mayweather is the best boxer currently on the planet in technical terms. No way does a guy like Martinez beat Mayweather. You can't go off balance punching like that against the best boxer out there.

It's funny how many think Martinez is a great boxer. It wasn't boxing skill that won that fight. It was being unorthodox and simply a better athlete. Mayweather would have no issues with that dude. None at all.
