Leaving aside his in ring performances, his skills on the mic seem to have changed and degraded from his pre Ruiz days. His post fight interviews went from him sounding like a PR professional to now being semi-manic every time he's handed the mic.
More to the fact that he lost and is an idiot. His fake pr guy approach and Hearn talking for him goes a long way if he is winning and the brand is going strong. Post Ruiz and especially Usyk he crumbled. Tough times always expose who you really are.
Then could be. You'd like to be able to say he hasn't really been hit enough, but you just don't know how well he's been looked after in sparring where msot of the damage is done. I do think though that he's getting the very best healthcare. If something has occurred it's probably not something that can be detected by current medicine.
Falling from extremely high on serotonin to likely starving for serotonin, full of anxiety and fear. Performance degradation in all areas of life unavoidable. Those who are deprived of their manhood and dignity, and still come back at the top of their game. Those are the super champions, not just regular ones.
This. Probably more like a mental health, personality-disorder linked issue. But can't rule out that the attendant brain damage for a HW boxer is causing some behavioural problems in some capacity.
Joshua has sudden fits of anger, maybe he should hang up the gloves, he has enough money and doesn't need more torture...
He's not a confident or eloquent speaker. Since his loss he probably hasn't had the same PR coaching and he's been in a sweaty gym in Texas surrounded by a different type of personality for months. You're going to get a more uncouth and belligerent Joshua now as he absorbs his immediate environment
True. AJ does come off as a guy who likes to imitate people he idealises at any given moment or to ingratiate himself to whatever crowd he's around. He could probably qualify clinically as having multiple personalities, or infinite ones
