That's what's so funny about these Pac fans. You argue with hard numbers and facts and they say **** like you're a ***** and Pac is FOTD stuff that has nothing to do with the argument at hand. They really need to stop because they really don't have a leg to stand on here. What they should be doing is saying PBF is the bigger draw and the fight should be like 51-49 PBF or 55-45 PBF and be done with it.

If he would have said that he would have been confident enough to "proceed in whipping that ass" in march with out all these smoke and mirrors about Olympic testing. Manny agreed but in negotiations you you "negotiate". Floyd had a demand on the Olympic testing HE came up with and was tied to the accusations HE came up with against PAC. And PAC had stipulations on how close to the fight Blood could be withdrawn.

Actually the PPV showing with Josh was a HUGE success. Most didn't think the fight would breat 500 PPV buys without the Marketing and money for promoting the fight that most PPV events have to support it. Josh brought little to the table to help promote the fight so it was all based on Manny's name and popularity. Josh vs Floyd wouldn't have broke 700PPV buys in the US that's for sure.

Manny gave Floyd 50/50 during the initial round of negotiations even though his numbers were better than Floyds in US ppv's, yet Floyd is using that as an excuse to yet again come up with anther reason not to fight. I can't say that I'm surprised b/c I called that a long time ago. Scary how right I can be at times.

The way he acted when presented with RANDOM independent testing. He is STILL running from it to this day even AFTER it came out that the USADA ended up with an 18 day cut off!

There are no smoke and mirrors about USADA testing. It is what it is. The protocol is known. Why is pac afraid? If Pac was clean it would be nothing to take the test and still dominate as he had before... right?

Right, right... a success. Right. So what does that make the fact that Mosley out earned Cotto? That a success too?

Manny's numbers were NEVER better than FMJ's. If so, please point out the point in history where they were? You can't.

Nobody is scared to fight. Somebody is scared of random blood testing. Sad part is that one of us just doesn't see it.

 

Surely not even a Floyd **** smoker of your magnitude can deny that Floyd came up with the whole blood testing thing because he is afraid of Manny. If not then why didn't he ever insist upon it before? It's good for the sport but the motivation was fear and you know it.

So wanting a fair fight is now being scared? Hey I guess the reason why they started drug testing at all was because fighters are chickens. Yeah! If you can beat a guy why not let him take whatever substances he wants? Tyson was obviously a "chicken" when he asked Holyfield to test.

The reason that they check hand wraps too is because fighters are chickens! If you have real skills it shouldn't matter if a guy loads his gloves right?

Olympic testing to begin with was Floyd running from the fight. So calling Floyd's Bluff Manny agreed...but again....agreed to random testing both blood and urine by the independant agency.

He just had conditions on how close to the fight blood can be withdrawn. PAC and FLoyd can BOTH be dirty as **** and NO testing measures in the world would be able to catch them....NOT EVEN The "gold standard" of testing that WADA and USADA are considered to be. Both men have the avialable resources to beat testing that are easily beaten. PAC just doesnt' like blood being taken from him too close to the fight...he'll do it if he HAS to if the COMMISSION requires but NOT if Floyd is demanding it.

At this level success is a fact for any fighter. It's how you meausre success. Is it Money? Dominance? how man straps you have? How many divisions you conqured? Shane making more money than Cotto means nothing. It just means he got a bigger slice b/c they worked that out based on the particulars of both men.

during the time when the intitial negotitaion process was under way Floyd faced JMM and PAC faced Cotto....PAC out sold PPV buys in the US which was grounds for Manny to demand the lions share....But he didn't...he gave Floyd 50/50 in order to make the fight.

You are giving WAAAAAY too much credence to the "Olympic Style Testing" and missing the fact that these two men could easily beat any testing measures in place if they REALLy wanted to dope. But of course neither man is doping...They are considered two of the most clean and healthy boxers inside and out of the ring. You are not seeing that Floyd has been the cause of ALL the problems in making this fight. Cause and effect....Floyd causes and everything else plays out as an "effect" to what Floyd does.

 

Either people have selective memory or they're setting double standards.
