No, they haven't built up anywhere close to the track record for being crooks and liars that Bob Arum has, but then again he's been in business much longer, so give them time.

Seriously though, Arum clearly isn't trying to make this fight happen. First of all he can't stand dealing with Goldenboy and doesn't want to concede a ****ing thing to them, and he's admitted as much publicly despite acting as if he's met all of their demands. Second, he still has to pay Goldenboy a share each time Manny fights, and they get to do the accounting if he's fighting a Goldenboy fighter, so they'd be getting a fat slice of his biggest possible payday with no chance of him being able to keep anything under the table. He gets paid on both ends if he has Manny fight his guys and he can try to hide revenue so he doesn't have to pay Goldenboy their full share, which it definitely looks like he's been doing. Look, I understand business is business, but this mother****er is flat out greedy and a ****ing liar, and anybody with half a brain should be putting the lion's share of the blame for not making this fight happen squarely on his shoulders. Manny can say whatever on youtube or anywhere else, but as long as he's got Uncle Bob running the show it doesn't matter what he says.

Yeah, like I said, Bob has a loooong track record for being a ****ing crook. Don King's been around forever as well, but I don't hear too many people defending his crooked ass. I'm sure GBP is dirty as **** as well, but they haven't been ****ing people over for decades yet.

The bottom line is that Bob has plenty of incentive not to make this fight happen now. I'm not sure GBP has anything to gain by not signing the fight, but neither side is willing to cave. Back to my original point...Nobody is "ducking" anybody except the promoters.

PAC may not handle the actual negotiations bro but he definitley has a say. To think otherwise is foolish. If PAC is totally FOR or AGAINST something with regards to his career, he has the final say without question. Bob will tell you that himself.

The fact is...PAC wants to handle HIS OWN SIDE of this business relationship where he's the fighter and his team takes care of everything else. But reality is PAC has become a business..so to speak. He's got his own promotional company...he's getting fighters...ect. PAC agreed to all of Floyds demands its clear he's willing and ready to call Floyd's bluff and if he's wrong...and Floyd does find his balls and steps up all the better.

PAC's just not holding his breath in Floyd taking the fight b/c the real issue was NEVER PAC taking anything illegal...it was Floyd's reservations on taking a RISK in the form of Manny.
