Why do Pac fans love ATG boxers?

I absolutely get it.
The thing about Floyd is that he takes that role and elevated it to a level that's so far fetched that to me, and I assume many others, it seems of of place in the sport of boxing. To me boxing is much more of a serious sport to have people essentially playing characters and reading scripts an ****, it just cheapens the whole experience. Who really wants to watch someone that gifted in the ring embarrassing himself and the sport to the level this clown does? If that's what you like then that's what you like, but I take the sport much too seriously to be bothered with a rodeo clown who won't even fight the best competition, and at the same time call himself the best ever.
And for the record the idol worship Pac receives is crazy too, I have said on here that his whole good guy persona is bull****, and I have definitely criticised the bull**** surrounding every 24/7 he's ever been in. But facts are facts, there's no denying the fact that Floyd is much more of an immature brat than Pac is, and Pac looks like a proper gentleman in comparison to Floyd. What does that mean? Nothing, its just a simple fact. But like the OP said, if he wants to act like an idiot to attract or repel fans, then it just stands to reason that he's gonna get lots of criticism.
