Just because someone is the "A" side it doesnt mean the "B" side is just suppose to bend over and take it. The A side is entitled to an edge over negotitations but their demands must be reasonable and the B side is well within their right to reject an offer they deem to be unfair. The A side has also been known to make offers that they know would be rejected. e.g. $40M offer.

Is this a troll? What does "A side" and "B side" have to do with ducking. You're not making sense.
