serious question,when hopkins fights...DOES HBO PAY OFF THE REFS?

Cotton overdid it, and coupled with HBO overplaying how Dawson was dominating Hopkins it was clear to see what was going on there, shamefully they had to stack the deck a 47 old fighter. BHOP has no one to blame but himself, he pissed off HBO with his last performance, and they had enough him, the same as they did Foreman in the 90's. Dawson didnt do **** but win a boring ass match................

 

Promoters pay off officials, not broadcasters.

 

you sound hella bitter man. Dawson did a great job, B-hop did everything he could to throw him off and Dawson did what no one thought he could- fight through adversity and 2 cuts vs a spoiler that was stooping to any level to throw him off his game. No one has or will ever look good vs B-Hop but Chad got the job done. I commend Dawson for his perfomance. Cotton did a great job, excessive clinching is not cool and not a commendable way of winning a fight. I still think B-Hop can beat most of the divsion as there are no other fighters at or around 175 with Dawsons skill set and athleticism. B-Hop would **** Cleverly/Cloud.....would love to see him go over to England and beat the hell out of Cleverly for a farewell with a trinket.

 

HBO aren't exactly pro-Hopkins with their commentary to pay a referee.
