Seriously, besides Ward, who does GGG have to fight?

GGG would rather bail out of a speeding car than get in the ring with Ward.

Golovkin is 165 lbs a month before the fight. Does anyone doubt that he is a small mw? I am surprised he didnt move to 154

Ward follows GGG around like a homely girl in high school stalks her crush.

Ward still doesn't know what to do when GGG blows him off, so instead of fixing his own career and making himself more attractive, he only knows to keep following him in a passive-aggressive fashion.

Shame. Andre's a heck of a talent, but he's put his career on hold waiting for GGG instead of building back his status by beating up rated fighters on a regular basis.

GGG keeps fighting while Andre keeps talking. Ward's team doesn't seem to understand that 2012 isn't getting any fresher in any fans' minds, which is why nobody's talking about GGG knocking out Proksa or Fuchigami. It's kinda sad when you think about it, really.

Ya he keeps fighting alright......a guy that lost to Rubio and Joachim alcine....alcine for crying out loud ....

How stupid can u be? Ya no one talks about beating pros ka Cuz no one rates him.....and years later were still getting the same level of fights from ggg......people actually rated Kessler and Froch .....keep squirming for every angle and excuse......that's what ggg fans will do all day and night regarding ward

He's not a can-crusher. As you'll see he's beaten several good fighters. However, my assessment might look like...

The guys he should be fighting now to match up with the hype:
    Cotto
    Quillin
    Lee
    Lemieux
    Jacobs
    Canelo
    Lara

Since winning the WBA title in 2010, some of the guys he missed out on who aren't listed above:
    Sergio
    Sturm
    Pirog
    Chavez Jr.
    Ndam
    Barker

The victories he has over the above class opposition:
    Geale
    Murray
    Macklin

As you can see, the men he has fought are an out of proportion few relative to the hype and praise he gets given the lot of potential choices. He doesn't fight cans, however, as those he fights are only the next tier down as guys who pop in and out of the top 10 (Rubio, Proksa). However I didn't include those guys in my list as with those standards, there would also be more fighters he didn't fight listed above (Zbik, Soliman).

It comes down to a combination of a lot of the big guys not wanting to fight him, he not wanting to bite off too much too quick back in '09-12, and the Middleweight division just severely lacking over the last 5+ years. All of the guys named above literally are the very best of that span and I know most on the forums have a lot of negative to say about them compared to most annually top ranked fighters of other divisions.

This is such a dumb piece of reasoning, fighters can change, especially when they're young, just look at Wlad who got knocked out by a guy like Lamon Brewster. Hopkins lost to Clinton Mitchell. Jersey Joe Walcott lost to tons of guys who were nothing. Point is people should be looking at a fighters recent accomplishments to rate them. And if you base it off that Lemieux is not a bum, not an A level guy for sure, but still a solid b level titleholder.

    A b-level title holder? Really?

    A bit premature, no?

Same level as a guy like Maidana imo and he does hold a title.

He's mediocre at best on the championship level IMO.

To me, a B-level champion indicates a solid champion who's proven his worth at the championship level - something Lemieux has not done.
