taylor has to much boxing ability and win by UD or SD, frochs best chance is by KO

Taylor is beatable...He has **** stamina, a questionable chin and his technical ability is overrated.

Froch however appears more beatable to me and I think Carl's flaws play into Taylor's hands more so than the other way around.

Honestly though I wouldnt be suprised with any outcome in this fight...I just pick Taylor to win thats all.

I think Taylor is probably 1 level above Froch, but Froch has heavy hands so anything can happen. Taylor UD for me though.

Either a Froch KO or Taylor UD. Whoever wins, they will get owned by Kessler.

It will be entertaining, Froch's defence and speed arent great but he'll be there to the end because of granite chin. If Taylor boxes to his ability then it will be a shutout as he is too fast and has much better skills but if he is sloppy and fights down at Froch's level then he could well get knocked out. Also Froch's stamina wasn't great in his last fight he was blowing hard after 3 rounds.

If Jermain fights with the aggression he did against Lacy, I think he could take a TKO. Kessler and Taylor would be a very competitive fight.

I said a while back that Froch is the best SM in the world. I think that he has an unbeatable mentality. The better the fighter the better he'll fight. I'm sure he'd beat Taylor. Absolutely sure. Kessler is a good boxer but most fans know him due to his performance against JC. JC fights with a style with which we can't really evaluate the challenger in regards to other SM's. Having seen a bit of Kessler he looks very solid but very straight forward and i wonder if the unorthadox angles Froch finds would make the difference.

If he fights like vs pascal, Taylor outpoints him for sure.

The simple answer is yes he can beat Taylor. Will he beat Taylor is a far trickier question.

Taylor looks to have better skills, but Froch looks to be heavier handed and unquestionable has a better chin. On stamina I'd edge towards Froch too, he coped okay in the Pascal fight and those two were really going at it.

If it turns into a brawl Froch will win, no question in my mind. But its equally likely that Froch gets outboxed for most if not all of the fight. With Froch's defense the way it is him getting stopped on cuts or something is always a possibility too, though he doesnt seem to cut easily.

So based on styles and what i know of he two guys here is my early prediction for how it would go. Taylor would win the first half of the fight boxing well. Froch would have his moments though and keep him honest. In the last third of the fight Froch would start to catch him a bit more and end it around the 10th or 11th, while quite possibly being behind on the cards.

    I want to see it.

Watch some more of Kessler's work.

He's almost universally rated as the best at 168lb for a reason.

Taylor was beaten twice by Pavlik. Kessler does everything Pavlik does but does it better and is a bigger, stronger and faster man. This is the only fight at 168 I dont see taylor having a hope at.

    Yes he can.

His power, chin and range give him more than a chance. There's no way Taylor gets rid off him inside the distance, so he's going to have to go the full 12 and work hard.

I think Taylor's stamina would wear a bit and Froch might be able to steal the last few rounds or catch him with something big. Taylor's defence isn't great and he'll probably walk onto the right uppercut a few times. I think Froch can probably hit him a few bit with the right hand aswell and get through with the long jab.

I honestly think Froch would beat him over 12. Close though, Taylor would win the first half and Froch the 2nd I believe. Something like 115-113.
