Watching these fights over the years definitely has me inspired. Probably join a boxing gym in the next couple of weeks.

    You absolutely should
While you have your youth- utilize it
Don’t squander it like I did many moons ago.
Good luck to you - we will be cheering you on from the safety of our keyboards.

You absolutely should but keep in mind Marciano had some amateur fights before he was 25. Guys like Pinklon Thomas, Bonecrusher Smith and Ken Norton also started late so it is by no mean impossible. Just start slow and be realistic...don't get thrown to the lions!

Good luck, sir. Kudos on following a dream.

Are you an overall pretty athletic person? Starting at 25 puts you behind the curve but I find natural athleticism acts as boost for any athletic venture someone enters.

I doubt you're a Francis Ngannou but he only started training in his late 20s and we see how far he was able to get.

Agree. I wasted my youth on baby making , university and other stuff like that. By the time I got serious I was aging and battling older man health issues. I have a double end bag in my downstairs room and plan to get a heavy bag and speed bag down there , this year.
Thankful for my ability to train and the camaraderie with the mates I gained at the boxing club a decade ago.

Go for it man. And remember to enjoy the journey. The process is the only thing you can control and experience, so find your happiness there
