Not getting into ya'lls cat fight, but I disagree that Berto loses to Cotto, Margo, and/or Clottey as they stand today, "in brutal fashion". Regardless who he's beat, you are dismissing him as if he isn't an undefeated champion in the division Pac fights in. If Clottey, Cotto, or Margo "would brutalize" Berto, then go take his belt and a portion of the WW championship.

You don't think Williams would fight Pac at 150? I can tell you without a question in my mind he would, and would be a challenge, not saying he would win but it would be a challenge for sure.

Why/how you would just dismiss Bradley/Alexander/Khan as a complete afterthought and not worthy of consideration is beyond me, but I think any of the three would present their own unique challenges to Manny, not saying he wouldn't/couldn't overcome them but it would certainly be interesting to see. What about Kirkland at 152, I would love to see that, again not saying Kirkland would beat him (I think Kirkland would in fact beat him but that's beside the point) that's obviously debatable and no doubt Manny would be the clear favorite it would at least be entertaining. Either way, with all due respect, I disagree with your overall premise that these guys wouldn't/aren't a threat at all to Manny.

If he beat a klitchko they'd say he was too "big and slow" so manny cherry picked another one.

If he goes down to 143, to what jmm asked for and taps that ass they'd say he's the "catch weight king" and waited too long to make the fight so he still sucks.

If he ko's bradley they'd say bradely was always over rated and nothing more then a bum.

If he knocks berto into tomorrow they'd say he's not "really" black and his style isn't slick enough.

If floyd ever found his sack for more then two seconds and actually agreed to fight we'd still hear some sort of bull****. If manny won by brutal ko they'd probably say something like "he must have ingested some sort of magical bean steroids only grown near the earths core and completely undetectable so he's a cheat."


But in the end it will all be for nothing, time always wins. Years after manny has retired all the people spouting off ridiculous reasons he really sucks and the whole world is stupid for praising the guy will turn around and start to appreciate what they got to see. People will be watching replays of his fights for years and years to come. The man is a great fighter and his style is one of the most exciting things u can watch on a tv. Dude is all action all the time and a class act outside the ring. There is really nothing not to like about him. U want ur kid to be a boxing fan for life, put a pacquiao fight on

If pac moves up to 154 and beats martinze and williams people will say he needs to beat the winner of the super 6 to be in the top 20 ATG list. IMO pac has done enough, he should NOT go above 147 for anymore fights. If mayweather wont grow a pair then pac should fight winner of alexander/ bradley (if the winner dont fight khan) and he should also fight berto

Yeah he will b an all time great, just like Barry Bonds, Sosa and Big Mac.

 

He does not have to do any more.I think most people accept he is a ATG,he is certainly one of the best fighters ive seen.The fact that he goes into matches with very good fighters as a huge favourite is due to him proving just how good he is.
If the fight with Mayweather never happens it wont really matter.If he were to lose to Mosley in a shocker it wont erase all he has done.
