I didn't buy that one, but immediately regretted it when I heard the result.

I was gonna party that night. And my boy convinced me to skip and buy the fight so we watched it and I was surprised as ****.

You never know when its somebody's night. Thats the beauty of the sport.

Undercard was 50 shades of terrible though.

No thanks. I'm out of the 70$ ppv market. Just can't pay that much for a fight anymore. Prices for everything keep going up, but my wage stays the same. Not to mention Maidana is a limited fighter that won maybe 4 rds legit against one of the best at ad******g. So after seeing Maidana for 12 rounds I'm pretty sure Floyd has him figured out and will beat him even easier than last time.

I don't see what the problem is. The first fight was good, it was worth it. The second fight will most likely be good too. I think Maidana will press even harder and stay on top of Floyd even more than in the first fight.

Do I prefer Mayweather vs Lara? Of course.

Do I prefer Mayweather vs Pacquiao, Thurman, Bradley, Khan? No, not really, maybe Porter if he beats Brook but Thurman has yet to add some names on his resume. Pacquiao talks are played out and I don't even want to talk about that match up anymore. Khan needs to beat an actual top 10 WW to be considered.

Mayweather already beat Canelo and Cotto. There really isn't much out there. Maidana is the best possible, and realistic, option.

Honestly it depends on the undercard, but I don't expect maidana to be as competitive this time around.

Definitely not. I thought the first fight was a cherry pick, I watched the replay and was entertained, BUT I'm not buying because Maidana would have to knock out Floyd to win any kind of decision. Considering the glove fiasco in the first fight and how many punches Maidana landed with whatever gloves Mayweather allowed him to wear.. I just don't see Mayweather letting Maidana wear his punchers gloves.
SO, between the fact that Maidana can't knock out Mayweather because he'll be wearing pillows, and because I honestly don't think Maidana could KO Mayweather even with the gloves of his choosing (if he is as good of a finisher as people say he'd have put Broner down for good). Hope it's an entertaining fight again and Floyd don't run this time. I'll check out the replay

    Same result
